Professionally, Mr. Vaughns works in sales, where he has developed strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills-tools that he brings to his leadership role within the
organization.

In addition to his professional background, Mr. Vaughns has a deep passion for coaching and teaching. He is committed to mentoring youth and believes in the power of encouragement, structure, and positive reinforcement to help children grow and thrive.
