Jermaine Sterns serves as the President of Sparkle of Joy, bringing strong leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission of uplifting children in foster care and shelters. As a dedicated husband and proud father of three daughters, he understands the importance of family, stability, and creating moments of joy for every child.

With a lifelong passion for community service, Jermaine has consistently devoted his time and energy to initiatives that support and strengthen underserved populations. His involvement with Sparkle of Joy reflects his belief that every child deserves to feel celebrated, valued, and loved—especially during challenging times.

In his role as President, he works closely with the founder and board to guide the organization’s strategic vision, foster meaningful partnerships, and expand outreach efforts. His leadership is grounded in integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
